The agreement

Using this site or ordering from it means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we email to say it has shipped. We can decline an order, and will refund in full if we do.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Prices can change, but never after an order is placed. Where an obvious pricing error appears we will contact you before charging rather than fulfilling at the wrong price.

Using the fragrance

These are alcohol based fragrances for external use on skin. Keep them away from flame, from eyes and from children. Patch test on the inside of the elbow if you have reactive skin. The full ingredient list is on the carton, and we will send it before you buy if you ask.

What is ours

The names, the mark, the artwork, the photography and the words on this site belong to Third Eye Fragrance Co. and the artists who made them. Do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Limits

We stand behind the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability is capped at what you paid for the order. Nothing here removes rights you have by law as a consumer.

Which law

Florida law, and the courts of Florida.
