What we collect

What you give us when you order or sign up: name, email, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. Payment card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch our systems.

What your browser tells us: pages visited, rough location from the IP address, and which site sent you here. This is aggregate and is not tied to your name.

Why we hold it

• To pack and send your order, and to talk to you about it.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To work out which fragrances people actually want.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and the platform that sends the newsletter. Each gets the minimum needed to do its job. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your bag and your session working. Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used, and you can refuse those without breaking anything.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within thirty days. Unsubscribing is one link at the bottom of every email.

How long

Order records for seven years, because tax law says so. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Analytics for twenty six months.
