Everything is blended, bottled, and packed by hand in small batches, so please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping, but most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed as soon as the order is packaged.
Free US shipping on all orders. We also ship to Canada for a flat $25 USD, arriving in 5-8 business days. We don't ship to other countries at the moment. Any duties and import taxes on Canadian orders are the customer's responsibility and are not included.
All sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges as our fragrances cannot be reused or resold once opened. Samples are available both as a discovery set and for individual fragrances.
Please photograph the package before unpacking it further and send the pictures within seven days of receipt. Damaged products or wrong items will get replaced immediately and postage covered.
If tracking has not moved for seven working days, tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier. We replace the order rather than making you wait for the claim to resolve.
